Healing Activities

Reservations may be made with your Personal Assistant, at the Activity Office or at COMO Shambhala.
Please book before 6pm for an activity the following morning, or give four hours notice for an activity on the same day. 

Should you wish to cancel an appointment, please allow us four hours notice or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
No shows will be charged at the full price.

Prices include mineral water and all necessary equipment for each activity (TREK4500 bikes, gloves and helmets, first aid kits, rock-climbing shoes and safety equipment for climbing, tennis rackets and balls etc)

For all active trips we recommend a hat and comfortable sports type shoes or boots with good soles and
lightweight loose fitting clothes. The early mornings can be chilly, especially at the volcano so please pack a warm layer.
